Just Because It Is Good, Doesn't Mean It Is Right For You

Can I confess something?

I'm prone to overload myself with everything from social commitments to business projects. I can't count how many times I have picked something up on to drop it later because it wasn't meant for me to pick up in the first place. It's easy to do as an Entrepreneur (right, entrepreneurs? 😂 We have to frequently remind ourselves of the path God has us walking down. If we don't keep our God-given talents and dreams at the forefront of our minds, we will veer to the left or right and hinder ourselves from reaching the end goal.

What are you holding on to that is "good" but not "right" for you?

Maybe the guy you're dating is genuinely good but not right for you.

Maybe that career path or job is good but not right for you.

Maybe that friendship is good but not right for you.

Maybe that opportunity is good but not right for you.

Maybe that goal is good but not right for you.

Maybe that commitment is good but not right for you.

We must not settle for good over right.

God gives us wisdom to know the difference when we simply ask Him.

James 1:5 says, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him."
